Benoit Dadolle
Marketing Director, Middle East
After working in marketing at Nestlé for eight years in both France and Great Britain, I joined Bel to create a marketing team for the newly formed Asia-Pacific Region. I made many trips to the region in order to develop an understanding of its particularities and establish the initial advertising and promotional campaigns. Bel then offered me a position in Dubai as the Middle East Marketing Director. My primary duty here has been to define the brand strategy and supply strategy, oversee product development, initiate advertising and promotional campaigns and lead our team of 16 persons. This role requires knowing how to adapt to the culture as well as the particularities of the market in order to define the ambitious medium- and long-term plans designed to power the Group’s growth.

Creating the Dubai office was quite a challenge. When we opened our subsidiary in 2009, we needed to set up the installation, develop the hiring policy and training program for new employees and create the local network, all while constantly interacting with numerous local and Group departments (Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, etc). Today, I share this success with the team; I find it very satisfying to work everyday with employees of ten different nationalities.
