Supply Chain Manager local market

After graduating in Finance and Management Control, I began my career as an auditor in a Moroccan bank. I joined Bel Group in 2006 in Casablanca, which as a multinational corporation, enjoyed a very good reputation on the Moroccan market. I have held various positions in Internal Control and Cash Management, as PACE project coordinator (SAP implementation project), and since 2009 as Supply Chain Manager. My role is to forecast sales in Morocco, which is one of the largest market in Africa, manage their deployment, the finished product stock and the customer service. I also run sales forecasts for West Africa countries. All these tasks mean interactions with many departments (Sales, Marketing, Plant Supply Chain). I love this job, because you’re not able to talk about a typical day, you have both to anticipate, be responsive, manage teams and find solutions to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. By joining Bel I wanted to discover other businesses and develop new skills, I can say that it is successful!

- The Group values which ensure that ethics and cohesion are at the heart of Bel's managerial philosophy.
Bel environment is the one I

Bel is a great school in various businesses: marketing, sales, supply chain, finance…Don't hesitate to join Bel even in businesses that you consider a "bit too far removed" from your basic education. At Bel you will receive all the management and monitoring you need to succeed with your career and, above all, find fulfillment in your job.

The deployment of the PACE project (SAP implementation project) was made up of many challenges:
- Managing a project team with members from different businesses and backgrounds.
- Running the project and being able to project myself to anticipate the developments of working methods and organization.
- Integrating the specific characteristics of the Moroccan subsidiary into the project whilst meeting budget.
I am proud of this project because all its objectives, yet ambitious, have been
met !
