After wondering which career path I could build while working at a bank, I developed a keen interest in Human Resources. So I joined a telecommunications company for 3 years, handling Operational HR responsibilities for the Middle East and Africa. However, as non-engineer, it was difficult to fully understand how to add value to this business. Bel Group gave me that opportunity in 2010 as HR Manager for the Middle East, handling Lebanon, Dubai and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; where I encounter new challenges every day. I handle various responsibilities such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, in continuous contact with Paris' HR team and the Zone Direction. I also spend time outside the country for meetings on improvement plans for the region and sharing of best practices. In order to succeed in my job, the capacities for empathy and to listen carefully to everyone are essential. Then passion for my work gives me the biggest sense of accomplishment today.

As part of its ongoing CSR philosophy, Bel has given me the chance to take pride in being part of its family when it launched a partnership with "Arc-en-ciel", a NGO in Lebanon. The essential purpose of this project was to get students to integrate civic engagement into their daily routines. By starting this kind of program at an early age, Bel is trying to instill a strong sense of social responsibility in every child, turning our company's core values into concrete actions throughout the world.
